THere was a member in my guild that has been with my guild for months. We all left when we disbanded, and now we got back together for the past month. As of lately he left our guild a week ago for join a rank "140" guild (ours is 561) and then rejoins likes its a casual thing. Today, my guild was doing HA, and he got on halfway when we did it. Our guild ended up winning halls, then i had to go out to eat. When i get back on he is in an HA group. He ended up winnning halls 2 times with his group. THer was somebody from [Cow] adn some other silver cape. We were just setting up and needed one more. I asked could you come? and he said once he loses. So we waited about 10 mins and then he said uh i think im going to stay with this group. AFter some of the past events, i was really upset. we only had 1 hr to HA and then we had to find 1 more person to do it. Dispite 4 of my other guildies saying i shouldtn (guild was 10 full) i kicked him, and asked that nobody reinvited him. I would just like to know if that was to harsh? or what i should of done better to have solved that problem :/. and ealier when we were Haing he was saying stuff (we had 8 on) that we should GvG and i was were in HA and he said stuff like "and you wonder y i left the guild" Plz if you have any input plz say :D i would like to know how i could of handled that better :/
Thanks

There's really only two options: kick him or let him stay. Obviously he was upsetting members of the guild, and had done so on other occasions. Frankly, if this was his first time in the guild without having left before, I would have given him a warning telling him that the guild comes first. But as he has left and come back several times, I'd say kick him and forget about it. You did the right thing in my opinion.
