healing ring is only available further in game at the gate of tourment
if you have profecie and / or faction you could try to get
Heal Area in Yak's Bend
Karei's Healing Circle in Kaineng center
hope this helps

uloga, if you get 2k faction and buy the two skills, they will be available anywhere in their campaign of origin.
EX- Heal area, if you buy with faction, then just go to lions arch and u can get it there.

um you need the original Guild Wars to get to Yaks. If you have it do the terror in Tyria quest (I'm not sure when u can get it srry I don't have Nightfall) and then you'll end up in Lions Arch from there you need to run or get a run to Gates of Kryta (optional) Beacon's Perch, Ice Tooth Cave and finally Yaks.

Healing Ring
Elona -> Cantha: Plague In Cantha
Elona-> Tyria: Terror In Tyria
To get these quests, you folow the story until you reach the quest: The Time Is Nigh

Did you recently get all three campaigns at once? Because if you didn't know you could travel between continents, you've really been missing out. I'd just like to point out also that you cannot do the quests to get to Tyria and Cantha without having completed the 'Time is Nigh' quest.

What I like to do is use a character that has beaten the game and go to wherever I need to go to buy that skill on them and buy it which unlocks that skill everywhere on that particular campaign. So if you have a character that has gone through Prophecies or Factions, buy heal are or healing circle with them and it will be available in every town and outpost of that campaign for every character so you can get it at LA or Kaineng Center. Of course this costs twice as much money but the fastest easiest way I know of.
