Ok, i know that for the electrician badge you need to kill like 100 of those electric gremlin dudes in Cap, but how on earth r u supposed 2 get that many? i was runnin back 'n forth up and down the PTS for like half an hour and got like 10 tops! this is the only badge left that i need 4 Headline Stealer =(

It takes a little bit to get this badge but not all that long. There are 4 to 5 spawn points for the gremlins. One is in the western part of Devil's Coat Tails, one is in the middle of Haven, two are in the northern part of New Haven and the last one is in Vagabond Hills in the western valley. I have only seen 4 of the 5 spots spawn them. If you get lucky, there will be 6 gremlins per spot, 2 on the catwalk and 4 on the bottom.
If you look at the vidiots maps, they show 7 total spots but 2 of them are actually spawn points for Deathsurge. Anyway, I hope this helps.

Use the hospital to your advantage. Outside of the hospital there is a spawn point for like 4-6 Gremlins. Each time you beat down all of them go back into the hospital and then go back out, they should respawn.

I just ran the line that is like the electric wires or whatever and in every little generator i found that they spawned and just killed them.. and it is 200 not 100 it takes a while oh and to hunt the FAmily bosses go to St Martinal north corner.. lots there

Hang outside the hopsital, 6 spawn there at a time and everytime ive ever run past it all 6 have been there 0_0, maybe they spawn when someone dies and goes to the hosp?
