Hi I'm GrandmastA. I usually play on heroes but this is my first villian that i really have fun playing. It's a Bots/FF MM. I made a build here up to 40. Tell me what you think.

It looks like a well thought out Master Mind. But here are something’s to think about…
I would drop Repair, you have Aid Others use that on your Bots. Get it as soon as you can. Repair does restore some Ends but I have never seen Bots run out of Ends. Aid Others recharges faster and has a better heal. You might want to consider getting Aid Self also to keep you alive.
TP Foe is my favorite tool for all my Master Minds. If you are careful you can pick out minions in a room with no agg, also great for PvP. Keep Recall Friend, your Bot will get lost or stuck you will need this power.
Personal Force Field is another great power. All your bots get smashed, no time to resummon, turn on PFF and run like a little school girl to a safe spot. It can be broken by big enemies but it is hard.
Maybe getting 1 or 2 Reduced Ends Enchantments on Equip Robots and Upgrade Robots might be a good idea. You will have 6 Bots to Equip and Upgrade, this will use all your Endurance to do this.
I don't know what level you are at but the Upgrade Robots is insane, it looks like fireworks going off in a mission, it's great to watch. Good Luck with that toon.

I dunno I personally would take repair since it will take your assault bot from near dead to good to go. Aid Other wont do this and it will take 2 to 3 times to completely heal him. I reserve repair for my assault bot, aid others for the rest of my pets. Hit it with 3 recharge times and it back up before you know it ready to keep your assault bot fighting. Remember your pets are your power, so take everything you can to aid them and keep you alive.
I would ditch teleport as a travel power though you will truly kick yourself for taking it. I would suggest flight, with hover, since hover offers some defense and gives you a good overview of the battle field. The only toon type that should consider teleport in my opinion is stone brutes otherwise steer clear of it.
I would also consider getting rid of the leadership pool since bots with FF already have good defense, better accuracy, and really nice damage, so leadership really isn't going to give you a huge bonus it will just eat up your end.
I will certainly agree with Godless and say Personal Force Field is a VERY good power to take for both PVP, and PVE. In PVP ppl always go for you rather than your pets. Well with PFF (Personal Force Field) they will hardly ever touch you, yet your bots will sit there and make mince meat of them.
In PVE if things get to tough and your pets/team dies, simple just kick it on and laugh as those peon mobs try there best to kill you with no luck.
I will also agree go with TP Foe, and recall friend for the reasons godless stated. TP Foes, well lets just say there isn't much worse than standing there thinking all is good and poof your wisked away to god knows were and low and behold you got a bunch of large bots looking down at you going "Come er Boy!" right before you get rezed back at the med center.
I would also recommend Scorpion for his shield but rather than taking the others in that set replace them with Tough, Weave, and either boxing or kicking doesn't matter which since you wont use it lol. I know many will probably wonder what I am thinking when I recommend the fighting set but consider this remember what I said about keeping yourself alive as well? Well tough makes you more apt to absorb damage, and weave makes you harder to hit... need I say more?
But this is just one lvl 50 Bot/FF MM's opinion ;-)

Teleport gets a much better return for its slots by slotting Range into it instead of End Redux. Everything else is slotted for best return. Bots/Bubbles is one of those builds with very little to do, and alot of slots available. I would definitely suggest you consider Leadership, simply because in later levels, 5 of your 6 pets are lower level than you, and you'll be wanting to up your difficulty, so they will often be -3 and -4 to you, making it hard for them to hit and do effective damage. Assault/Tactics will help lessen this difference significantly. Given how little you have to do, and how many slots you have available for End Redux, you could easily support having the toggles on, especially with Stamina.
