i just made a brute. He is dark/fire and i dont know what to get. I trying to make him a pvp char so if anyone can help me.

Well, I have a level 30 dark/fire brute... he is not necessarily built for PvP, but he is pretty rockin', so I will tell you what he has.
Shadow Punch and Smite - I have both of these, mostly just to keep my chain of attacks going to keep my Fury meter up. You don't need to get them both right away, but the extra one is worth coming back for.
Shadow Maul - A must. Slot it with ACC and DAM, maybe even some debuff. Great power.
Dark Consumption - I just picked this up. It is WAY handy for refilling your end, thereby keeping you swinging and your Fury up. There is another power like this called Consume in the Fire end, I will be picking that up later.
Soul Drain - A must! This AoE sucks health out of any nearby enemies and turns it into accuracy and damage for you. Slot with recharges and accuracy and enjoy.
Fire Shield, Temp Protection, Plasma Shield, eetc. - Get your shields. Stay alive. Period. Slot with End Red and defensive enhancements.
Blazing Aura - A must! Fury + Soul Drain + Blazing Aura = Dead Mobs. Slot with End Red, ACC, and DAM.
Healing Flames - Gotta have some way to heal yourself, you will get yourself into plenty enough trouble to justify it. I prefer this to Siphon Life from the Dark set, but I may pick that up too, eventually.
Burn - I picked this up, and I would say it is up to you whether to get it or not. I team a ton, so I pop this baby under any held foes and watch em burn. It could work that way as well in PvP, who knows?
Anyway, that's as far as I have gotten... hope this helps you out some. :)
