Is it possible to maybe have the touch ranger build on a N/R? With adjustments of course to certain skills.

You can do it but it isn't as effective since the skills neccesary cost so much. If do this in AB you might have some succes as there are a lot of things dying, but for the most part it just doesn't work as well

Since the idea with touchranger is to use Expertise to lower the energy cost from 15>5 energy, I'd say it's not possible to reverse
