| Question about Properties>Target |
|
|
|
I know how to put the -password for automatic entry of passwords, but I was wondering if there is an entry for usernames?
I want to create 2 icons, one for each account, and want it so I just click on an icon and go to the desired account.
I know this topic was brought up (don't know if Username was brought up) but I couldn't find it, and Wiki was no help.

Odin:
Right-click the icon > Properties.
Change the target to something along the lines of this:
"C:Program FilesGuild Warsgw.exe" -password xxxx
(where xxxx is your actual password)
the above info was from GuildWiki
And to cswella:
As far as I know there is no way to do what you ask, unless you try installing GW to a second location and create another shortcut to the second instance of GW. On one install you would save one account name, in the other you would save the other.
(This is all in theory.) I only have one account so I can't really test this.

Apparently this used to be possible but they have since removed the option to do it as account hacking would be too simple with it as an option.

Dangit. Ah well, it was just a lazy thought. Back to typing in the address.
Thanks OJ.
