| Help with Free Respec Info |

I'm new to the Hero side of things and would like to use one of my free respec's for my toon but don't know the location and or name of contact, can anyone help?
I tried broadcast in game but got no reply and would like to fix my toon.

If it's the free respec that came with the recent Issue 8 release, you can simply type /RESPEC in the chat window.
If it's one of the ones that came with your Vetern Rewards, you'll need to claim the reward under your badges and then visit Jack Wolff, as mentioned above.

For your free respec all you need to do to use it is to type in the command line "/respec". This will bring up the powers selection screen and you will then have to pick out your powers up through your current level.
One thing to remember is that when you are picking your powers, remember that if you ever exemplar down to a lower level (if you are not sure what that means just let me know), some powers may not be available. So still choose your powers wisely per level.
You then have to assign the enhancements slots to the powers. Again, make sure you select the slots the best for each level.
For example, if you are 20th level energy blaster and you choose all you powers but don't select your sniper blast until last... if you team up with a friend that is only level 10 and they exemplar you down to their level, your sniper power would not be available. If you took it at level 8, it would be available.
Anyway, to answer your question again, to use the free respec, you type /respec at the command line.

Iv'e been on for 12 months (never used any) and it is only giving me 1 free Respec and it will not let me use it. At what lvl can I Respec? My toon is lvl 15.

You are allowed to /respec at any level. What message do you get when type /respec?
