I'm not sure, you are enchanted all the time right? bring a +12 energy req xx.. + 45? while enchanted, that should be best (or if energy is your problem, have an energy +5 which hp is above 50%)

just use a totem axe or rajazans favor if u want to have 20% longer enchants. afterwards use the +45 while enchanted offhand

I'd have to go with flipfly here, just use a totem axe, and a typical 20/20 earth magic offhand.
