THANK YOU!

I just wanted to tell everyone THANK YOU for what you all bring to this site!

With the situation that occurred, it gave me a chance to really see how often I came to this site throughout the day and how much I missed the people on the forums.

With the site only down for just this brief period... it made me realize that I would keep checking every hour or so to see if it was back up yet.

I want to thank the Staff for all the hard work that you do to maintain this site and keep the forums nice!

But I also want to thank everyone else for the daily banter that goes on in the forums. I am not happy in my job right now and this site really does help me make it through the day with a smile and a little distraction.

So, I am seeing this down time as a positive! It helped be remember why I come to this site.

Thank you all for what you each bring to this site!

I have to agree with Swiss, I checked the site frequently and found out how much I miss this damn site. Its my homepage and 1st check of the day (plus frequent stops back). I felt in the dark and left with nothing to do on the net (as odd as that seems).

Im sure the Devs worked tirelessly to get the site back up and I like to say Thank You also for the hard work. Im sure it was tedious work to fix the problem affecting the site. Glad to see our home back up and working.

Awww that great you like the site so much (I feel the same way ^_^), I'm so happy that everything is back up and running I'm even posting in the COH site, well that and I couldn't just ignore a post praising Gamemap like this :P

I'm just glad to see the site up again!

I may just be a lurker, very-infrequent contributer, but I come here at least 2-3 times per day. My thanks to everybody who worked to get the site back up again, and to the people who make this my favorite CoH community site.

OMG my withdrawls are over!!!!!! I was lost without this site. I wanted to read up on some powers and look at the forums....*sighs* thank you everyone for your hard work and your contributions to making this place feel more then a site, but a home =)

Naw, it was those guys over at the WoW site. They didn't like how popular we are so they hacked the site. (just kidding) It was a technical issue. The devs were hard at work for the last two days fixing it.

I was sitting in the corner for the last 2 days...sometimes crying...sometimes muttering to myself "where is it...it's gone, where is it?!"...then I would hysterically laugh until I started crying again.

As some can confirm, I think I asked about the site and if anyone had been able to get on at least a few times the last couple of days. Nothing gladdened my heart like seeing it load this morning. My warmest and most heartfelt thanks to the Dev team. *much bowing and kissing of feet*

Ok, maybe that was a little extreme, but I felt lost without this site up. I'm in the middle of trying to build a concept character that I really want to play, and no site? I thought my world had crashed around my ears or that my firewalls had decided to be perverse and restrict access to it for some unknown reason.

It's great to have the site back up and running. Thank you again to all the hard working Devs. No, I'm not kissing your feet again....

I just wanted to add my thanks to all those who helped bring the site back.

I don't post much, but boy did I find out how much I visit during the day. Anytime I have a bit of down time at work I am heading over to GameAmp to see if anything new has been added.

When it wasn't there I didn't know where else to go.

*whew!* This is such a relief! I log onto gameamp every morning, when I get home from school, and before I log onto the game, so there was definetly something missing these last 2-3 day (how long was it? I was delierious)
