I can log in just fine, so I don't know what's up. I'm on American servers, so if you're not, maybe that's it. What is error 40 anyway?

I have just been getting it as well, on european servers. I rebooted and now I've logged in fine. Might be to do with the european server changes being made at the moment.

iv had this error way too often! but now it seems that i dont get error anymore. cant tell u how i solved the problem though because of many many methods i used.
got wireless i-net connection? if yes make sure that there are no/less hindrance between modem and stick.

I'm on the EU servers and have been experiencing some lag, but more annoyingly Guild Bugs, and other strange bugs in PvP.
I have a flannel to wash my face
if it gets mucky i feel disgraced.

I haven't experinced any err 40s but whenever I try to do alliance battles I lose my guild and the timer just stops at 0.00 and the gates don't open, it sounds a bit like One Swordsman's problem.
