Hi guys. Sometime ago i heard that your prophicies/factions characters could come to night fall and get a pack of the heaores there all at lvl 15 is this true and if so where do i get them.

You can, and it's fairly easy. All you do is go to Elona using the Sunspears in Tyria or Sunspears in Cantha quest and during the first primary quest after you arrive you get Koss, Dunkoro, Melonni, and Tahlkora at level 15. You can also do the Zaishen Elite quest to get Acolyte Jin or Acolyte Sousuke at level 11.
If you did the quest before an update a few months ago, you got Koss at level 2, Dunkoro at 6, Melonni at (I believe) 9, and Tehlkora at 15.

...also, don't forget that you can do the quests Gian olias in L.A., and Gain Zenmai,(I believe), in Kaineng.
