I need a price check on this please
Not sure if pic will work so it's stats are:
Zealous Break Hammer of Enchanting
Blunt Dmg: 19-35(Requires 11 Hammer Mastery)
Damage +15%(while Enchanted)
Energy gain on hit: 1
Energy Regeneration -1
Enchantments last 20% longer

1k maybe.
here is why -
Hammers are plentiful and unpopular
+15% while enchanted is not a popular inherent mod
Zealous is not so useful on a hammer
Req 11 is on the high end of req
Break hammer is a horrible skin.
