It wasnt there until yesterday, I know for sure. And I dont think anyone has reached max since they stop giving bountys at tier 8 and rezz method is nerfed now

thats not good at all... sunspeer title was maxed at 15k... now 30k? OMFG!!!
then theyr planning to extend the protector title (max in hard mode) so bye bye KOABD

Stopped playing Guildwars when Anet ruined the two thing enjoyable in this game: pvp and economy.

Gaile Grays latest log indicated that the yet to be released "hard mode" is being specifically developed to max the Sunspear and Lightbringer titles. As a side note, the Skill Bar update also temporarily disabled "Kind of a Big Deal" titles because it introduced a Level 2 to the "Protector" titles claiming that you max out the title by completing all the missions again in "hard mode". Not sure this was a "cat out of the bag" moment for the dev team, but it suggests that the "hard mode" may have deeper implications than maxing Sunspear & Lightbringer.
Gaile hinted in an early log that hard mode would be introduced in "a week or two" but later suggested that it might be several weeks (or months) away.

KoaBD = Kind of a Big Deal (5 Titles maxed out)
PKM = People Know Me (10 Titles maxed out)
