NEVER QUIT. Let her fire you for no reason then collect unemployment, or go over her head and have HER fired and maybe you can get her job?

Ditto never quit, I've interviewed loads of people & the word quit on an application is a red flag. I would go to her superior if she has one & explain the situation. Then make sure you put in for a non-retaliation.

Yeah I agree dont quit. I would suggest going to her first before her superior and try to talk to her and let her know that you feel you have been treated unfairly. Maybe she was having a bad day also. It happens. I would not go in there yelling and what not just tell her that you were upset by her sending you home and want to know why she felt you had an attitude. If you get no where with her or she fires you go to her superior and let them know that she has treated you unfairly and you tried to work things out. It shows that you put in the effort and tried to keep your job.
Thanks to Death Fetish for this cool "siggy"

Whatever you do, don't quit. I work as a Customer Care Manager for a major .com. Most companies have an HR policy that requires an HR manager/director to side with the employee as an advocate in disputes with management.
Go to HR and report you feel you are being unjustly singled out. Be sure to come armed with reasons why you are good at your job and why your boss's claims are unjustified and without merit.
They have to listen and investigate, or it gets messy. Messy = unemployment benefits at the least, and keeping your job with better treatment at best.
Good Luck!
We'll be rooting for you!!

What everyone else said....
DON'T EVER QUIT AT ANYTHING!!!!
That's exactly what this person may want. Speak with her in a civil tone and explain your point of view and what you bring to the company. She has a boss and i'm sure there are procedures in place to resolve whatever issue you guys are having.
Again, it may be her totally, however, it's always been stance that everyone in a 'situation' has some blame in what happens. So, explain your situation to your boss, how her behavior makes you feel and then take it from there.

No offense but wherever you worked is screwy. Getting FIRED is a red flag. Quitting with notice is not. If you just walk out, ok that is a red flag, but giving notice and leaving on good terms is a far cry from a red flag.
I'll play Devils Advocate and say your all wrong. Quitting is sometimes the right answer. You'd be foolish to sit around and WAIT to be fired. This is the mans life your talking about, not a video game. Sometimes you have no choice to to cut your losses. Just make sure you do the right thing. Put in a notice (minimum of 2 weeks) and leave on good terms. Do your job until the very second you walk out that door on your last day, and don't look back.

Try to hang in there, see if you can find another job quickly (even if its not your "ideal" job. yeah I know easier said than done) and give notice, that way its not quit or fire it's found another opportunity. Just a thought.
