Sorry for getting back into GAA and then not playing for a week. My appendix decided to burst last Monday and I just arrived back home from the hospital yesterday. I know have the really nifty open incision on my abdomen. Do you realize that they leave the cut open now so that it heals from the inside out? Isn't that really weird?
I do have one question. Before my fun hospital trip when I was logged into the game the SG roster showed me as being offline. The prestige I was earning showed up, but I was considered offline. They day that Big reinivited me into the group is when we get a huge storm in the midwest and we lost power for a bit while I was the session where I rejoined.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? Should I contact devs to let them know about this bug?
A friend also in the SG I was teamed with checked and I also appeared offline to him.
Thanks. Look forward to playing a bit this week since I am homebound until the doctors okay me for being back to work.

Sounds as if you are Hidden, check your options menu. If you keymap it to buttons, you can then toggle it on and off at will and it will show in your dialog which is active (Hide/Unhidden).

Welcome back to the site. With the appendix they leave it open to heal from inside out. That way if there are things in there like bateria or something the body needs to push out it can. If they closed you up there would be no place for the body to expell anything that does not belong in there. This was how it was explained to me when my appendix burst a long time ago.

That is what they told me too. I understand it, but it is kinda weird to see a nurse shove a qtip down into my stomach twice a day to repack the wound. And the taste of the high powered antibiotics is awful! I cannot get the mettalic taste out of my mouth after repeated brushings.
