Sweet tooth lvl2 already!

heh lvl 2 of sweet tooth already...this is from gwwiki:By only consuming Red Bean Cakes, it would cost a character 200 platinum to attain the first level and 2000 platinum to attain the maximum level i wihs i could spend all that money...but then agian this was found in grotto and everyone who hangs out there is rich :P

Wowzors thats a massive amount of money :O! Or at least it is for me!! The maximum I've ever had in my storage is around about 150k!! max!!! Then I spend it on 15k armour ^_^

I don't know how people like to farm for sooo long! I find it such a bore. But then again every drop I've had so far really sucks and I've never EVER sold any thing! ^_^ I'm so greedy

Titles should be about accomplishments, like Elite Skill Hunter and things. Not for standing around eating pretend candy or drinking fake alcohol. Those titles are completely useless and require absolutely no skill whatsoever.

Nice, i usually have something around... 500K in storage, plus another 100K emergency cash stashed on my storage account, but that's not really for general use, just for helping out guild/alliance and such.

Titles like that are for the rich though >:P

I'm pretty sure it takes a tiny bit of skill to get 2000k, unless you ebay it which I doubt they did.

All titles are actually useless, it is after all just a game :P

Yeah I got to Tier 1 too... but taking myself to Tier 2 right now wasn't the right move for me... as I'd have no money left, or very little... I just got Drunkard, which cost me a fair amount, so I'm gonna try recoup some money before I break the bank again.

I've actually seen a few Tier 2s, very easy to get if you have the money, but you get cramps double clicking to lvl 1, so I guess this guy/girl may have RSI? lol

I find it amazing what people will spend money on. I understand it is a silly tag but why not spennd all that money and get the leet cap title, now thats someting to be proud of...Yea thats right I killed just about every boss in GW. Thats cool something to say about the dedication you have for guild wars.

On a off note I was capping outside grotto, and I was wondering why do people line up against that wall thingy in the middle of the place? I hear its some kind of club that does....err *cough* I know this sound wierd so don't bust my chops its just what I hear, but they are ingaging in "adult" content.

My main character has the max elite skills title so far, and displays it because it is a title of achievement (alongside protector and cartographer titles, in my opinion). However, I'm also going for max drunkard and sweet tooth because it contributes to KOABD and PKM.

I see you've never been in PRE-searing before eh? lots of them ''clubs'' there.... too much (not anymore, they now have other refuges in Cantha and Elona.

that title is great in combination with the ancient headwrap for ritualist. (rotted teeths)

anyway, if i had 2000k, i bought obsidian armor because it is noticed faster :D

I think you missed my point, so let me explain it a little more.

I used the "elite skill hunter" title in my last post because I have it. I am proud of it. I worked hard to get it, spent countless hours getting it, and not to mention the 290K it took me to buy the Sigs to do it. I display it, proudly. Does it serve me any purpose? No it sure doesn't. But it does show that I am an expirienced player that knows what I am doing. I get compliments all the time on it. So in a way it does serve a purpose. People see it and they take me in their group on some the more "leet places" because they know I am not a "Noob" (A word i despise and despise using, but for the moment it fits here).

Now, what purpose does a title like drunkard, or whatever the title is for eating candy show? Does it show any sort of skill or knowledge of the game? Yes it might take someone 2000K to buy enough to do it, but honestly is someone going to see the title and think I wonder how much that cost, lets do the math....5 minutes later Oh WOW they have earned a lot of money to get that they must be skilled. I highly doubt it.

The point being, titles are cool and fun to accomplish, it adds something to the game. But they should reflect a players ability to PLAY THE GAME. Nothing more nothing less.
