This is wayyyy off topic.
Is it me or all the developers are just bunch of horn dogs. All the female professions look way too hot. Especially the Elemenist female, you start out in a mini skirt with her (umm hum) hanging out.
Personally I wouldve done it any other way. Im just saying sometimes I gotta stop myself from looking. Because it just some guy with a female character. And that can get weird real fast!
So what is the hottest character you've ever created? If your a guy and have a female character have you been hit on? I had a Necro female fully clothed, and this guy kept whispering me. Your character is so hot. Talk about creepy with a slight chance of being gay. Leave me alone!
I wonder if any of the real ladies find the male characters appealing. Probably not, the male mesmer runs around in purple underwear! The assasain walks like a hunch back.
One more thing, some person with a naked character in pre-searing in American District 1 (where all the freaks hang out) was offering a floor show or strip dance for 100g. Unbelievable! Stay out of District 1, every night they have naked dance parties. You cant even find the merchants or the NPCs because they're so many of them. These ppl need to get a hobby!

Myself I only play with female characters, it's so funny to see big warriors asking me to **** their **** or some things like that.

Anet is trying to sell the game. It's not that they are personally interested in the females (which, if they're male and hetero, they would be) but they want to make the game appealing to their biggest market.
Imagine a group of people, between the ages of 13-18, mostly male. Now, what would you put in a product to make these people want the game? Good looking females, of course.
Personally, I think it's not a big deal. You're a red-blooded male with a sex drive. Attractive females are nothing to be ashamed about, but you do need to have self-restraint and respect.
Don't worry about feeling guilt when looking at good looking females, it's natural.
I'm secure enough in myself to acknowledge that even males can look good. It's not 'gay' to think any guy looks decent. People are naturally attracted to beauty, no matter what the sex is.
Just take a glance, think to yourself they look good, and move on.
Respect and Self Restraint are important though. Don't start stalking someone or messaging lewd words to them. People who do such things are weak and out of control. This is true in RL or in game. Just give them a positive compliment and let them respond.
"Say, nice job on that Elementalist, she looks great! Haven't seen that armor color/combo before."

Stop being so self righteous. Games are getting to the point where they are often hard to distinguish from real life. That line doesn't work anymore. Pixelated or not, they still look good. Or is there another reason DoA sells?

My Ele got hit on once, but I couldn't decide whether I should be creeped out or lmao.
I was in a PUG doing a stretch of Factions missions, when I asked the group to hold up so I could go buy a cap sig. One other guy said he needed a cap sig as well. We both went to the same outpost to buy it. Then he started asking if I wanted to "cyber."
Initially I was kinda shocked, then started laughing like crazy. And yeah, he started to, um, over-fantasize a little. I bought the cap sig and scrambled back to the group, but not before he wrote this:
"I sure hope you're not really a guy. That would suck."

My female ele gets hit on all the time...
She's wearing 15k hydromancer armor, that might explain. I'm seriously getting tired of all those warriors and their pelvic thrusting behind my back when I'm not paying attention. I must admit, my ele is hot, but please, people, get a grip of yourself.
Another thing, I think male rangers and paragons are very perfect too. People often complain about women in games being too perfect and making young girls go anorexic, but I'd do a lot to get a body like my Paragon!

Ofcourse sex sells, thats natural, i doubt anyone would like to play a game were all females look like they've been beaten with the ugly stick and their parents were a hunchback gorilla and a crocodile...
I once had some drooler after me, was in the guild, always called me a ''she'' and such... while the poor bastard was only 2 clicks away from visiting my website and reading i was def male. In the end he got to know the truth, but i guess he didn't want to believe it since he still called me ''she'' :P
I got some fun stories from my GF and her sis though, they sometimes manage to attract the strangest of people... in the end its good profit, i mean.... i don't know on what level of ''desperate'' you need to be, but they managed to get free green weapons, gold, and help with missions and such ;] (how'd you think i got my heroes with green weapons then, buying? Nope, from people that give them two stuff that they already have double or so)
Seriously though, i guess some would even dream their little ele would be real or so, but then you might want to go out a bit more. And yes, i admit, i have more female chars then male chars, the armour looks way better on them ^^
But you wont catch me drooling all over the keyboard, and, the funniest thing is this comment sometimes: ''omg, like... you have a female char and your male, so gay''
Say anything about me that makes you feel more secure about yourself ^^

I noticed your always *coughing* in the forum. I think you need to unplug, sounds like your comming down with something. Might want to stop playing guild wars for awhile and get some bed rest.
As for the other guy who used his female character to get free stuff of dumb horny guys. Thats brilliant! They should have a title for that. Like the Drunkard Title

LOL when i'm spending time with my girl in towns not really doing anything. Some people are just pervs. I've had people come up to us and start hitting on her and I'm like, do you mind leaving my girl alone.
Usuly people would stop and just go away when they find out their taking but some people just keep hitting on her and like come on get a real man.
a lvl 3 with crap armor telling me a lvl 20 with primeval that i'm a crap player. hrmmm I see. LOL

And its true, sure I play mostly male charas in GW, but in alot of other games I play female charas and it works fine becasue theres no difference in game play for the most part (lol).

LOL, its not the reason, but yes you are right, finally after 5 months of not being sick, i catched something again, been sick all day but i didn't really noticed anything of it (had a sleeping marathon for 13 hours) so im all fine again. Your psychic aren't ya?
Anyways, the point is made clear, the each his own, but im sure some are very very guilty of staring at an ele a wee bit too long then necessary, and not alone to check out the armor >_<

I've experienced it the other way around... We eventually had to kick someone from the guild since we could not convince him that we actually have a female officer... And she plays with females chars, and does not like be called one or more of the words I'm not allowed to use here either...
So... There are still those out there who think ladies do not play games...

ive come up with a new method to make it stop theres a funny yet gross story behind it.
I was somewhere in maguma with my female ranger waiting for my friend to finish a mission to help me on a bonus and this one guy opens trade with me and gives me 100g. I ask him what its for and he says, "I just creamed myself to you." I messaged him back and told him he had some serious problems. He kept pming me asking me to cyber after that, I didnt ignore him because it didnt happen that often and it was kinda funny, one day he asked me to cyber again and i said ok fine, and i just started saying the most messed up stuff I could think of to him (dolphins were mentioned several times) and he never pmed me since and I use that tactic whenever some guy does pm me and they stop every time.
but ya i would like to be able to make characters that arn't so perfect i wanted my assn to be a little fatter but i dont really mind the characters as they are.

I see we have alot of Ground on this Topic. Alot more than I intended. That comment about "I creamed myself to you" was just much information.
Make it stop, please make it stop.
Anyway has anybody created an warrior / assasin? I just wanted to know if the warrior will look cool doing all those backflips and jumping around like a sin. if i had one i take out all the warrior skills and make my warrior jump around with daggers. And I call him Jack of Blades.

Nope...all the male characters are ew as far as I'm concerned.

well, i'm female (yes, really :-p) and i do play only female characters (and no, not gay, i still like man) just because I like how the armor goes on them... (much more nicer than the male armors)
but, with my necro I haven't had one 'flirt' yet... of course this could be because she is way to scary :-p
I'll sit it out with my ele, and see what will happen.
I do love the idea of a Freeloader Title ;-)
(will there then also be a title for like 'Stupidest Guy' ??? of course all those giving away those things also need a 'reward' :-p )
