| Buffing Vs Debuffing... Arena, PVP fighting |

Fighting char that debuff.
Is it better to go with the Buff rout and get powers that buff the oposite effects of debuffs or go with Debuffing. Like for instence
a Dark/Dark Curr or Dark/Mez what ever
They have a hole bunch of -ACC and -dmg debuffs.
Would it be smarter to find powers that buff up your acc and damage to counter act it. Or evade tactical powers Like acro Weave and Ivisibility. That wy they can't hit you with the debuff to take you down anyway.
witch do you think would be the smarter way to go?
