This build is a build that I tweaked and adjusted to my liking using the Lyssa's Marksman D/R (repaired) build posted here on GameAmp by HiroAyami. Other than that, any resemblance to a similar build is pure coincidence and blah blah! :)
First off, someone told the OP of Lyssa's Marksman D/R (repaired) build that Paragons' spear, shot at a faster rate(albeit shorter range) than a bow. So I figured i'd try it, and it was definitely better!:)
I use Dervish/Paragon.
My attributes are as follows:
Mysticism: 15 (12+1+2)
Earth: 8 (7+1)
Spear Mastery: 11
I use radiant pieces on the chest and legs, and survivor pieces on the head, arms, and feet. I also use a Superior Vigor, and a attunement rune. I use a Sundering PvP spear of Enchanting, and a pvp Grim Cesta for the little extra energy. The inscription on the cesta is -2 (enchanted) and +30hp.
I end up with about 550hp and 41 energy. When Avatar of Lyssa is up, I have 61 energy.
My skills are:
Faithful Intervention
Avatar of Lyssa {elite}
Heart of Fury
Mystic Regeneration
Mirage Cloak
Barbed Spear
Disrupting Throw
Ressurection Signet
The run is pretty simple. As soon as you load, fire up Faithful Intervention. From here, you can either wait till about :02 seconds and then hit AoL, or you can wait until about :05 seconds before the battle will actually start. There is usually a staredown in every match that will last up to 30 seconds. Those 30 seconds will be lost time on your avatar. So I usually wait until I see we're about to get it on! But make sure you turn it on in the backline, don't get it disrupted or anything, otherwise you'll be screwed. Right after it comes up, fire up HoF and Mystic Regen, and run in to hit your picked target. This build is mostly Anticaster, but the great thing about Lyssa's Avatar is it does the extra damage on any SKILL, not just SPELLS! :)
After that, just kill any squishies while applying bleeding and disrupting them. After their done, you can concentrate on the warriors. IF any meleers like assassins jump on you hit Mirage Cloak, and start wailing on them. THAT will usually make them run like chickens looking for another "easier" target lol! :)
