If I wanted to try this mission with only henchmen, I'm guessing that I would have to make a lot of trips for vine seeds right? Because I’m assuming one can not pick up more than one vine seed at a time and that henchmen will not pick up a vine seed.
I'm going to try to do this mission tonight and have been reading up on it because I want to get masters the first time through. From the readings, this does not seem to be an exciting mission and if I try it alone, (assuming what I mentioned above is true) it's going to be a long night.

Thank you for the link. I tried a search on “Bloodstone Fen” in this section and only found a question about Druids. I’ve read both sections from this site and GuildWiki before posting because neither section discussed having to make mulitple trips with henchmen.
Now that I''ve read Mimori's guide (which is very well done BTW), I can now safely say it's going to be a long mission with henices. I will be asking for seed carriers tonight when I log on so everyone be forewarned. =)
