| What are the Issue 9 enhancements going to be? |

I've been searching around a lot of CoH/CoV Websites, and I've been unable to find what types enhancements are coming out on Issue 9, and where the site is. I've even searched google and turned up empty handed. If anybody has dem mad uber skills at finding things on the internet and can find the list of creation enhancements, please post the link below. I'm sure it'll help those others who also cannot find them.

Not having done the Beta I still am trying to keep an open mind, but based on the system i'm seeing it is 1) confusing 2) "restrictive" 3) Odd. What I mean by restrictive is it APPEARS the only way to get certain bomuses is to follow their cookie cutter designs. As far as odd,things like having fear enhances can possible give you psi def, odd. I'm hoping those are examples and not the only combos that give bonuses... someone pls tell me they are not
