I'm making a minion master and have a few questions. I'm using all the minion skills except flesh golem so far, blood of the master, and verata's sacrifice also. I'm maxing death skills first to buff my minions. At what level should i start getting more from this build. I just started him and he's only lvl 7 now. Seems all I do now is heal, and recreate them. Also, whats the cap on the number of minions you can have summoned at its max? I currently get 4 max. I'm still new at this game and dont know simple answers to questions like this. BUt I'd like to thank whomever in advance for their time to help me.

Check out this article for info about MMs
http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/General_minion_mastery_guide
I didn't read it all the way thru, but it looks like it's a very in depth informative source.

max minion you can get is 10
depending on campaign you have your mm may vary drasticly
faction = golem
nf = jagged bones
I have not cap jagged bones yet but it do looks nice to variant from golem
I started really enjoying my mm at around lvl 14-15 then I could summon about 7 minions and do some interesting dmges
but as in all classes mm is a learnign profession
hope this helps

Sorry, but healing and recreating your minions is about all your going to be doing. It's kind of a boring build in that respect, what makes it fun is that it isn't easy to keep them alive, and they are so important to be kept alive. It's a lot of fun seeing a minion army swarm in and destroy the enemy.

yh in truth a MM's job is to create minions and keep them alive aslong as possible then create new ones with the corpses made from ya minions killing :)
Characters:
Prince Oidor (Level 20 Dervish/Elementalist)
Prince Androabyss (Level 20 Paragon/Any)
Amozan Assasin (Level 20 Assasin/Any)
Princess Abena (Level 20 Warrior/Elementalist)
Princess Abyss (Level 20 Elementalist/Mesmer)

Simple answers:
You won't start seeing anything great from the MM build until you get up to around lvl 15, then your Death Magic will be higher and you'll have a bigger pool of energy.
Minion lvl cap is 18 but you can create lvl 19's if you use a +1 Death focus and it's possible to get lvl 20's by buying the 'Necromancer of Grenth' buff from Grenths avatar at a res shrine.
The most minions you'll ever be able to raise is 10 since ANet introduced the cap based on your Death Magic level.
Here's a non-elite based build that should be quite easy to run:
See what you think
Edit:
You could always swap Infuse Condition for Deathly Swarm & Rotting Flesh for Sig of Sorrow or Sig of Lost Souls.
