For a crosshair I am currently using cross 3, and it seems to work pretty well. I wanted to know if there is anything better than this crosshair, because I am also finding success with just a plain dot, that I got from a custom set of crosshairs.
And if ya want a 1v1 sometime contact me on aim at thetrevkid

If you're looking for 1v1's you'll have much better luck hanging around IRC, particularly #2k4tdm on irc.enterthegame.com
Personally, I use a custom crosshair from the "mcrosshairs" pack that I downloaded from somewhere, sometime. Basically it's an X with the middle cut out and a black outline, I make the fill color a light purple.

I just use a red dot for everything, oversized to about 3 scale.

Thx Dawgpound. Yup, thats wut I am using now, bright red dot overscaled. It seems to work pretty well especially with combos.

Yep, works well for me :) I used to use a purple/pink dot because I thought it stood out, but it turns out red shows up better.

the "L" xhair is what i use, green for LG (bright, i would use red but im too stuck in my ways to change..making antalus harder to aim lolz) and purplish red for shock

lol, i just use a mid sized yellow dot with forced yellow enemy models, once the dot disappears i shoot... the yellow dot is difficult in antalus but i've used it to long too change.

DP, do you know anything to help ur aim, cause I have come to the conclusion that aim is basically how fast and precise your reactions are, when your crosshair is on the enemy.
Archtect, I kinda like that idea I might try it.

That depends for hit scan, or prediction shots. Hit scan is just raw reaction time, there is a certain amount of positioning to it, but it's largely "put xhair on player click".
Prediction shots (ie combos, rox, goo, flack ball) have very little to do with reaction time. The only reactive shots are things like "he just dodged, I can rox where we will land". A lot of prediction shots are reading where they are going, what they are going to do and placing fire there.
You can't really improve that much on raw point and click, as it's mostly reflexes and dexterity. However you can improve a sick amount on reading people, and prediction hits just by playing/watching top players.

iuse the default crosshairs for every weapon except the shock/LG, the K-aus crosshair pack has some good x-hairs that stand out well for those weapons. But it is all a matter of preference.
