wel thge title says it all where do u get sunspear elite????
i have the 1k sunspear but theres also a sunpear armour for like 15k right??

Yup there is a Sunspear 15k. When you finish Building the Command Post quest. There will be several more NPC's in the Command Post. Which one of them will be Another NPC which sells 15k Sunspear

Yes there is, after you do the quest Prisoners of War there will be a new Amrour npc in the Command Post who has the 15k sunspear.
Prisoners of War quest is part of 'The Command Post' quest.
EDIT: changed the quest name.
