i need a good name for Ranger,Necro,Ele and Warrior.
I realy dont know any good names for them:s

The way I name my characters is the same first name for all of them and a different last name, something that describes something about the primary class, that begins with the same letter so that they all have the same initials. For example, my character initials are T.E. Its both fun and challenging. Give it a try :)

Well kinda :)
My chars are Thrakos: Edge, Elite, Esprit, Exemplar, Eternal, Ethereal, Emo, Essence.
Feel free to guess which primaries they are ^^

or you could use names from fiction series just a hint like ive seen names like legolas aragorn even so names not very common like cirdann or something like that

Most of mine are named after JT, except for my monk, necro, and mesmer (only the coolest casters get cool names)
Monk - Monk E C Monk E Do (something like that)
Mesmer - Laughing Aloud
And my Personal Favorite.... One Legged Wonder!!!

My recommendation for you is to use your AMP name as part of your IGN (I learned this too late). That is if you don't go with some of the great names available from fantasy fiction.
For example:
Clestial Ranger, Clestial Archer, Clestial Trapper, etc.
Clestial Necro, Clestial Minon Man or Master.
Clestial Elementalist, Clestial Nuker.
and
Clestial Warrior, Clestial Blademaster, Clestial Slayer, etc.
I'm sure you get the idea.
Good luck and remember to pick something you like and not what we like.

Argg, allow all these silly names. Try giving your chars names that could be real in RL, but still fantasy.

The best way i find for truly unique names for characters is to use a language translator.
I always feel latin names sound cool, so i google for english to latin translator or something similar type in warrior or elemental or whatever is relevant to the class you're using and see what pops up. You can put together some really nice name combinations.

you should pick a "handle" eg my charachters have "words" in so you pick a name that relates to you or you just like the sound of, i think all names should be based on your own opinions not what other people think.

well pick a first name tht you like, i,e, Clestial then pick a second name tht pay go with tht proffession
some of my names are Demonic Scorpion (assassin i,e Mortal Kombat i know he wasn't an assassin but it works :D )
or
go with your own name like for my female ele, my name is richard, to Ricarous then to make it female changed the first letter to Zicarous ele lol i know sad but thts how i got it lol :D

Are you going for serious names or funy names?
You should take games/shows/movies/comics you like and use name combos from them. Sometimes it's easier for people on their friends list to recognize you if you keep a similar last name (but who cares?). My charatcers are a combo of Anime, TV and video game characters.
Legend Xin: (only one person EVER has figured out where that is from) monk
Seth Oneil: Ranger
Dante Oneil: Warrior
Shadow Vaughn: Necromancer
Leigh Masters: Mesmer
PvP Foot Ninja: Assassin
PvP The Shredder: Warrior
PvP Button: Ritualist
For PvP only characters I like to have fun with their names. Like for a ranger PvP I'd go "Once you pop" then his pet would be "You can't stop" (assuming I used a pet).
For a blinding surge ele it's "PvP see no evil".
So think about what you like most and get your names from there. I'm going to start to use UFC fighter names!

Something this game never has enough of is actually GOOD names. I'm tired of all the xxx burn u xxx or noob slayer and stuff liek that. It's a RPG and I believe your characters should have a fairly realistic name
for example: I have 9 characters and you can pretty much tell what what class they are just by the name:
Antimodes Highflame (fire mage)
Diandra Wavebreaker (water mage)
Ciedyra Windscar (air mage)
Kalderas Stonehaven (earth mage)
Caramon Thornhilt (warrior)
Villania Ravenlore (necro)
Adacus Soulspire (dervish)
Alhana Splintshaft (amazon, spear throwing ranger)
Vallen Dryftwing (ranger)
If thats not your cup of tea then you can always do a backup plan. Take my nuker for example, if you cant think up a good last name go with something like Antimodes of the Flame or something to that nature.
Just don't do all that other crap that makes no sense whatsoever

Just to clarify. A name is not an opinion. Also, he ask for our help in selecting a name and so far he has received some good suggestions, IMO. =)

i get my names from the three kingdoms stuff with my middle name put in front
Stan Zhao - Ele
Stan Xiang - Mes
Stan Ling - Ranger
Stan Huo - Derv
my warrior is just called Stan Of War because i couldnt think of anyhting else at the time
