AmpGW Bugs, errors, etc.

Hey all. As you know the AmpGW site has been launched.

As much as we would like to avoid them, errors do get through from time to time.

Please use this thread to report those in order for us to have one thread to look at when correcting such.

I noticed ^_^ it looks great i hope i will be able to use it more often, i will look more into it. The guides have not been transfered over from what i've seen.

It is in regards to the big News posted yesterday.

And I believe there is one type of browser that is showing the error messages about purchasing menus. And that one is on the list.

This quest is a pun on the famous "Leroy Jenkins" from WOrld of Warcraft. As soon as you enter Sorrow's Furnace, Kilroy will rush of in a berserk rage. Try to stay near him for speed and other buffs. He's a pretty decent fighter, but he doesn't wait for you to regen. Treat him like the worst kind of rushing warrior and you get the idea. No, crippling shot doesn't work on allies ;-)

Don't really know if this is one, but for the quests under Elona and Cantha, the quests don't start until the second page.
It seems to be fine under Proph though.

It is only when you have lost everything, that you are free to do anything.

not related, but is the pm system still broken, cuz i know i should have gotten a pm, from EG about me joining [AMP] and if he could send the agreement and allow me into the private forum; and guess what...it still hasn't came. And if it is broke, plz try and fix it as fast as possible

Skills out of date, even to the extent that I have never seen them:

Blades of steel, max damage 50
Assassin remedy, triggers on criticals
way of the lotus, hex
shattering assult, too much damage
signet of malice, wrong icon
unsuspecting strike, half the bonus damage
wild strike, not enough damage
expose defenses, too shrt a duration

and so on

not really a bug but it is called deadly arts not deathly arts (see assassin skills section)

Hey looks good!

Still getting a shed load of DB connection errors but the Infinite Menu's prompt can be edited out of the code, you can pay them or you could always write your own menus!

Meta tags still refer to WoW since I guess chunks of code were copied from that site to make things easier...the menu sidebar 'Close Tab' hover.

Need collectors on there tho and pictures for materials (all currently Fur Squares!).

This site is awesome...it's got pretty much everything and it's still quick.

Pay rise for the devs!

They have looked into this, and I need you to check your prefrences to see if you have any notification turned on. There was a big problem w/ some email addresses blocking things from GameAmp, and it could be that you just didn't receive the emails because of this. Now that they have gotten some of them to let our emails pass though, you could just need to change your settings.

If you check your settings and are not signed up for email notification, please let me know, so I can have them look into this further.

Is the login supposed to work?
And if so, are we supposed to make a new account or does the site share one with *.gameamp.com?
I tried on two different browsers with the same lack of response and feedback of the site. Didn't want to try creating a new account yet.

Content-wise it seems to be missing quests from Games 2 and 3 and the mission descriptions from the 'old' site.

Not really a bug but how do I summit guides on the AMPGw site? I would like to help it expand by posting alot of builds.

EDIT: OMG the perchase infinite menu so annoying!1!!one!one1!1one!oNe!!111. How do i get rid of it?
