| What happened to the guides? |

I've been looking at the guide section and the last guide to be submitted was on 3/21/07 and its now 3/29/07. How come there aren't any new guides? Im just wondering because I submitted one too and I havent been PMed about it being rejected either. Can any staffer tell me?
I would be very appreciative.

omg! 8 whole days without a new guide! its the appocolypse i tells you!
(i suppose the staff has been too busy with ampgw (great job on that one btw :D) to approve new guides...)

ampgw did take up some of our time and still is, coupled with our resident guide expert going on leave for a month and staff having RL responsibilities (myself included) it has mean't the guides section has suffered, it's not a quick job to give them a good read before deciding on whether or not to approve, so my apologies it has suffered the past few weeks, bear with us we will get back on the case with them.

Oh nice, I like how the new site looks. Will this new site take the place of this one someday? And who cares if your guides are a little late? Have patience, sometimes the wait is worth it (not all the time though sadly).

It will never take the place of the forums, but it's a much more efficient way of accessing information that anything currently available to the Guildwars Community, and it'd be great to think that we're all part of creating something which is recognised as that.
