Walk around the asylum to the back.
Go to the back of the pagoda where the red autosave symbol is.
Shoot the planks under your feet.. you should fall onto the top steps of a passage leading underground. The first BIG clue that it's an easy way in is that it immediately turns toward the asylum.
Follow the passage being VERY careful of the ghouls that fly overhead. They take health off and I haven't worked out which weapon kills them yet - if any!
Then essentially follow the arrow showing where the folk are needing to be shot :)
After they are all shot follow the arrow to a room where there is a bookcase at 45 degrees. Jump/run up it to the bottom of a staircase. Go up it *carefully* there are a couple of missing sections you need to jump.
Tricky bit.
At the very top you'll come to a broken ending of the staircase. There is a ladder end off to the left above you, but you can only see it side on... jumping doesn't work from that point.
Back off to the corner and line up with the banister. You'll notice it goes close to the ladder. Jump onto the end of the banister and walk carefully along it until close to the ladder.
Jump/forward and jump continuously to grab and climb the ladder. The red save is in that room. Nothing to kill so relax.
Nothing else to do here, so jump back down - try not to lose too much health, then complete the level by killing stuff as normal.
Be warned - the sparking guys go off with a hell of a bang if you hit them up close - don't use the circular blades!

Why have you posted this walkthrough? It's just a single level... Are you going to that with all levels?
I think if you want to do a walkthrought guide, maby you should make one with screenshots...
