I was so thrilled when i heard it, but then.. i sat down and was like: Wtf? it's Aprils fools day!!
HOW CAN THEY DO THIS TO US!!?
I haven't seen that announcement since today, and it's aprils fool's day. Me are sad..
And btw, save it with the welcomes.. i was once on this site, and got kicked by Mriswith or something without a single warning, and thus have no respect for the admins, thou i find the community funny.

I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary on the GW site.
If you just happened to find out about GW2, then sorry to burst your bubble but its in fact true.
There is an expansion underway called Eye of the North...
Guild Wars 2 is currently under development...
So far, the only April Fools Day trick I've noticed at this particular moment are the character gender changes in certain locations in-game...

I do not recall banning you; nor have an idea who you were. Last person i have banned was 1 month ago for flaming and we all (should) know that there is zero flaming policy on this forum.
We do not give warnings. zero policy = zero policy
you cross the line; you get banned
Also assuming that 'someone' has done it and pointing fingers (in this case to me) is just trying to find someone to blame. Seen the time that i banned a person that long ago leaves any possibilty out that i would have banned you.
end of story.
EDIT:
i can tell for sure that i have NOT banned you. I have searched around a bit and know what your old account was. Next time if you try to blame someone, make at least sure that you know who you are talking about.

Ahhh, I thought the April Fools was the non-existence of GW2. Actually the April fools was that I was pretending to believe that the magazine was real, so I fooled you all instead :)

You only get respect when you earn it..
I wasn't flaming/swearing or what so ever..
Provocative.. mmmm maybe not my best day: guilty and sorry for that..
But... When a member is banned by admins for whichever reason,
they aren't allowed back on the forums..
When they do and they even say it... That person should be banned straight away again..
There is a "zero tolerance" policy, that's a bit more severe than the "let's allow him to make a second account and see what happens" policy ^^

I thought that article in PC gamer was real, but hey, guild wars never gets any publicity , its all WoW .
The admins must flame in game at some point when your really really angry with your team or scammers or something ? , or are you just really mature people who never flame.
