Team Everfrost is selling invites

I was at Random Arena's and i saw this guy selling invites for team Everfrost for 100k a month. I just want you guys opinion on this, i mean cmon you invite members because they are friendly or good at something, but not because they pay 100k a month?

i really hope you dont mean in one of there gvgs because whoever buys an invite wont be gvging with them, only have the tag and the gold trim cape. they would never let someone random who bought an invite gvg with them that coudl completely screw them over and they know it

Yeah their in the finals, you can view them on observe mode i believe.
They've indeed been selling member invites for 100k and only recently as far as i know has it become "per month", they make their cash, i see no problem.

There was a thread on guru for a guild with silver trim doing the same for 10k a day. It seems similar to charging for a ferry to the deep/urgoz. They earned something and now they're milkin' it for everything they can possibly get.

I think this breaks the spirit of Guilds. It's like you paying your employer to work for them.

Selling invite is low and makes the guild not honorable. They may have won the tournament but in my opinion they are one of the lowest guilds out there.

Anyone who purchases to be in that guild is also not honorable because they did not work for that honor. I personally think that only the people who participated in the tournament and guild leader should get the Gold Trim, not the whole guild.

I don't see any harm in selling temporary invites to make some money. [eF] has always been a top guild(remember Val, LuM, iB, emt?) so yes they got bragging rights lol.

Technically there's nothing wrong with it, but it's not a very honorable thing to do. Guilds that do it have lost a lot of respect.

I think paying or selling invites is just retarded, if you have to pay someone to be in a guild just for the cape, just go make a cape. "But jt, the gold trim is so pretty" Yah and so is alot of other things but i dont think its worth it. Besides what if you get kicked a second later and your out 100k?

well, its not considered scamming unless they actualy say that they wont kick you within X amount of time.

you couldn't do anything against it if you were ripped off ^^ i wouldn't it... 100k per month for golden cape? -_- the risk of you getting kicked is very high aswell, as a wrong word in guild/alliance chat could mean the end to it already, aswell as not being able to participate in any of the guild activies such as HA or GvG :)
but yeah, if u're a proud eBayer or just rich, and you can afford it aswell as taking the risk to lose 100k by wearing a golden cape, then go ahead! nobody will stop you!
