My acounts are banned and i did not do any thing wrong.
If i login my acounts i get this shows up:
Your acount has been banned from Guild Wars for
defrauding someone of in-game items, currency, or
services. This ban is permanent. (Code=045)
what can i do about it?

PlayNC support
and ask them a question..
Hope you didn't buy gold online, or sold anything for real money..
Hope they can help ya so you get your account back..

Hmm, it seems lately a lot of people are getting banned on the forum.
You can always appeal.

Wow, Haven't seen this one before usually its farming bans. Well the first thing to ask yourself is did I do anything wrong, not pay someone, cheat them, ... as long as you didn't do any of these things then try contacting Anet. I have never had to deal with this so I am not sure how they will react but I assume they would at leasst tell you why you were banned specifically. I figure they must require proof before banning someone. Hoep this works out for the best.

Hmmm, I've never heard of them doing perma bans for scamming items. I'd be glad if they were. Unfortunate if you were innocent though....

Hmm.. Well I must say I doubt you are innocent.. no offense mate but permanent bans are an extremely rare thing.

I send a mail this is what i get back:

don't they usually give warnings first, then perma ban? I only understand that perma bans occur for multiple or extreme cases..
still, if innocent, contact anet, simple as that nothing else u can do or all the bots would do it

May i ask why so many people have been banned this month?
It seems every day someone is banned for something they didn't do.
Its starting to scare me because i don't do anything to get me suspended or banned yet i keep thinking its gonna happen to me one day.

Sounds like they reviewed your case and you were rightfully blocked after the review. Anet have always struck me as reasonable about these things and are the first to admit if they make a mistake after much review.
Only one thing anyone of us here on the forum can do is to welcome you to the forums - wish it was under happier circumstances.

I didnt mean to say he should be banned or something.. I was just saying that I think its unlikely he's innocent as Ive only seen one permanent ban before.. I doubt they will permanently ban without proper evidence.

Guess the real question is did you pay real life currency for in game gold? Since this seems to be acceptable to some people they wouldn't see it as being wrong. It seems like they banned you for something they see as wrong and you dont so scamming is most likely out of the question as most people are know if they are scamming. A permenant ban seems pretty harsh so I think Anet most likely did their homework, now this doesn't mean they made a mistake and if you truly have done nothing wrong then I would push the issue further.

thats why i'm trying to avoid playing for too long anymore, i might upset them in some weird way and BAM, a little more ontopic, that sucks that you got your account banned, strange though

why peopple saying tht you are guilty.. happened to my mate and he did nothing wrong, got same crappy e-mail then said he's take them to court as they have no evidence, still plays abit but hes a uni ^^ still hope
