Im sorry but this is the end if the road fir me 

sorry guys but i am leaving the amp comunity for good and the guild wars because i can no longer take the bull that guild wars support has given me... but before i go i would like to explain my self

Heres my tale
I woke up did what i normally would and then got home though i could relax and play night fall for fun well no. i cant play nightfall any more the game no longer is on my account and i just cant play it anymore. well i so i posted my problem on this website and i got some suggestions to email them about it so i tried i got to the support in guild wars and i try to log in with a account i used to have well it says the account pass word is wrong so i try to retrieve the pass word and the email doesn't exist well the sucks so i tried to remake the account but the email exists well maybe they enough i was having trouble and emailed me the pass word but no. so i what do i do i try 3 other emails i had on support because i used to have this problem a lot. well none of them work they all did the same thing so what do i do now i make a new email account so i can make a new support account so i can ask 1 question. well i do and i type the question in and the email and well the email i typed in was blademasterfx@gmail.com when i should have been blademasterrfx@gmail.com so i figure out well i might s resend with the right email then out of no where i says that the name blademasterrfx@gmail.com is n the data base and i used it already when i havent so to make a long story short i have no nightfall any more they jaked 150$ from me and i am leaving the game amp cpmunitty for good even though i liked it alot sorry guys...
I hope the best for all of you in this good game with no support.

I wouldn't say support was lacking, they probably would've resolved it through support. But I hardly see how forgetting your password is Anet's fault.

Perhaps you should try calling them. 

I don't mean this to be offensive but perhaps you should try calling them because if you wrote your emails like you wrote this it is very unlikely Anet Support crew is going to take the time or the effort to decipher your sentences.

Clearly explain them the problem from A to Z. Perhaps you should write it all down in steps first with the dates and stuff so they know you're serious about it and have given it alot of thought.

Tell them that you haven't bought the account online from any dodgy site or whatever.

Tell them you haven't given your password to any other person.

Retry logging in with your original email-adress and modify the spelling to every possible mistake you could make.

For example: if your email is froggy@gmail.com try frogy, froggi, froggey etc.
You would be amazed at how absently minded you fill out those forms sometimes.

If all that still doesn't give any results... threaten to sew! ;)

Email Adresses should be clear! 

By the way, you might want to use one email adress constantly, don't switch between them. And make one with an easy to spell name because - again, no offense - you seem to have some spelling difficulties.

Wow dude that blows hardcore nuts.

If you bought hard copies of the game and were smart (unlike me) and kept the activation codes you should send them to Anet and tell them their morons. For the people telling him to buy the game again... that's kind of the point he's not playing anymore and wont go out to get a new copy of the game. It's not very cheap to have all three installments and he feels totally ripped off.

This type of behaviour is totally warranted and I actually think he handled it quite well. I would personally have called them and totally went off the wire. I've done it with XBL and I've done it with a bunch of other things as well (I hate Rogers!).

Good luck if they decide to help you out at all. Usually it's more intimidating if you call support rather than email. Sucks you're leaving amp though. IF you play any of the other games listed here I'm sure they'd be more than willing to accept you and you can always pop back in for a hi once and a while.

u just need to send to them yuur cd-key (and pictures from game or anything...) and to dont gave up until u have a answer. I got my Age of empire account back (i lost the account or the pasword, dont know how) from support after like 5 mad emails to them.

Anyway just buy the game again, dont worry lots ppl lose big accounts games, is a common problem... I bought again NFS carbon just because i chosed a stupid name online (cuz there was not a warn about some)...

Also make new emails, prolly some1 know your emails and paswords
