If i had a lvl 50 character (first one) on a server, call it S1, and I decide to try to make a kheldian on another say S2. But I don't have a lvl 50 character on S2 but I do on the S1. This is all in the same account, so will i be able to create a kheldian on S2?

I'd like to add a question...
What If I get a lvl 50, but its a villain not a hero. Will i still get the epic archtype?

No. you have to have a lvl 50 hero to unlock the hero epics (warshades and peacebringers). When you get a level 50 villain, then you'll unlock the villain epic ATs (to be announced at a later date)

Actually, this is probably not a true statement. I believe the devs said that just by hitting 50, you will not unlock the villain epic ATs. There will be another task/trial/something that needs to be done to unlock them.

This has been a point of contention on the boards.
There's been talk that the "Dark Kheldians" (Anti-Warshade and Peacebringers) will be unlocked by getting L50. However, there's also talk that a Coralax AT and a "Blood of the Black Stream" AT will be unlocked via a strike force/trial.

From what i have gathered getting a lvl 50 villain will not unlock any new AT

At this point, the EAT has not been introduced on the Villain side atm. They are still 'planning and designing' so, maybe sometime next year we'll see the Villain EAT.
So technically, hitting 50 on the Villain side gets you nothing, but when something is available, you'll already be there to receive it.
