What Gw Chapter is the vastest?
I mean this in terms of explorable area: towns, outposts, areas etc.
1. Elona
2. Cantha
3. Tyria
Please write your answer in a color and your comments in white so I can count the answers quickly and come up with the most chosen answer.

obviuosly its between tyria and elona, i'd say elona myself as its got the realm of torment and domain of anguish, though wouldnt bet on it 100%.

TYRIA
It just feels so much bigger than the later two. Elona feels small because you can't just run to any town you want, you are restricted until you finish the mission which personally I don't like at all, defeats the feel of a massive world to explore.

I'm at 97% of my Carto title in Tyria and trust me....it's huge!
The simple lack of restrictions which allow you to walk anywhere make it feel like a real word where as factions feels like a linear adventure to me and Elona is almost as bad.

I agree. There's about 20-30% Of Tyria that some people will never even see, because it's just that large. Plus you have Sorrows furnace (which can't be maped since it's underground?) which is ginormous. I'm not too sure if the other games have anything Similar to ToPK (I assume you have to be at Tombs to get into that xD) Which is another huge area which can't be mapped.
There's Dragon's Gullet in Ascalon which is useless and barely anyone goes to. Unless you get a run (or are running) to Droknar's Forge you wont really see much of Lornar's pass or Dreadnaughts drift. In between Ascalon and Yak's bend if you do missions you wont see.
If you've ever run/faught/explored from Kryta to Maguuma Jungle there's abunch of zones in there you wont see if you do missions either. Seriously who can ever say they said "Lets go to ice dome!" (a zone in between Talus Chute and The Frozen forest connecting Droknar's forge and copperhammer mines).
The Arid sea in the desert.. you don't hae to go their either...
So Pretty much the entire Prophecies world is connected by paths.. (like a real world should be) minus RoF... which is understandable it's an island volcano...
I'd have to say from looking at the maps
Tyria, Elona, Cantha.

I would say Tyria is the largest. Elona re-used lots of the territory for the missions. For example, the Venta Cemetary mission uses the same area that is used for some primary quests. Tyria, uses different zones for each mission, as well as zones between the towns. And it also has zones that are hardly used for anything. As well as many underground area's such as ToPK and Sorrow's Furnace.

Tyria any day of the week for me. If you follow the storyline and just do the missons and quests by the time uve done all missons you're only at 60% exploration!! (don't quote me on that but it's near enuff)

If thats counting quests, then tyria wins hands down. I was over 60% Nightfall exploration on my warrior by just following the story line, and primary quests, no other quests were done at all. (60% after completing the game, that is)
Though you must remember, none of what you do in torment counts towards exploration....but I still think tyria wins.

So, thanks for all the good replies.
Conclusion I guess is:
1. Tyria (due to exploration possibilities, Sorrows Furnace, UW and FoW)
2. Elona (due to DoA )
3. Cantha

I wouldnt count UW/FoW since its there in both factions and nightfall, but I would say presearing also, its a pretty good sized area, though its not part of the mainland of tyria, it is part of the game.
