This was most likely a combined effort between a few people who made each link an actually wiki user (as defined by the "User: (Name)" reference at the top of each page. The user also made the main page a userpage as well.
Userpages cannot be deleted for any reason unless it offends someone, as per the GW:NPA policy.
Don't forget I have my wikipage as well :)
