I heard there is a quest which gives u 200 attribute points to spend. Does anyone know where this is, and how i start it?
I have factions.

isn´t it that you can get quests that give you 15 attribute points? I thought 200 was the max attribute points you can get on 1 char

There are quests where you can earn +15 attribute points. 200 is the max any one character can have. Just go on guildwiki as I don't know how they are earned in Factions.
W/Mo - Darius Anushe Lv20 Prophecies
R/W - Valdityr Anushe Lv20 Nightfall
E/Me - Jaina Anushe Lv7 Nightfall

... *sigh* The max attribute points you can get is 200, which has been said, but to get to there, you need to get quests for the last 30. when you reach lv 20, you have 170 attribute, 2 quests, and voila. This is just my knowledge from prophecies, i quit playing factions for about 5 months, for nightfall.

There are actually two 15 attribute quests:

and
http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/An_Unwelcome_Guest
These are for factions. Each capighn has there own though!
