i think you mean atribute points instead of skill points?
if so, no you can't get more then 30.

For each character there are only 1 +15 point attribute quests in the game.

incorrect.
In Nightfall, at sunspear great hall, there is 2 +15 attribute points, for a grand total of 200 points(with the leveling ofcourse.)

There are 2 15-attribute quests in each of the 3 campaigns, only accessible by characters created in those campaigns. Once you've reached your maximum 200 attribute points then can't gain any more.
If you are referring to skill points then yes, you can have more than 30. You use one up every time you buy a skill etc, but gain them from Missions, some quests, and everytime you level or effective-level after reaching level 20.

Sorry if I am ressurecting an old topic or for asking a noob question but... what is this business about +15 attribute quests and 200 attribute points? Is there another way to get attribute points aside from just the ones granted from each level up through 20??

Yep. As the previous posts say, there are two sets of +15 points for a total of +30 bonus points. How you get them depends on which campaign the character is from.

Leveling your character from 1-20, without completing any of the '+15 attribute' quests will leave you with 170 attribute points. The remaining 30 can only be recieved from the following quests, and only the two quests within the campaign from which your character originates can be completed.:
Tyria (Prophecies):
- Forgotten Wisdom
- The Hero's Challenge
Cantha (Factions):
- Lost Treasure
- An Unwelcome Guest
Elona (Nightfall):
- Rising in the Ranks: First Spear
- Rising in the Ranks: Sunspear Master Sergeant

Yes, both quests give a total of +30 attributes, a single one giving +15. If done both, your total number of attribute points is 200. Which is a great boost :)
