| Locked Chests in Hard Mode |

Locked chest count as "high-end" chest for the Treasure hunter title track. I opened two on the Plains of Jarin and they count. I also got a gold drop out of one.

and you know what sucks? for us who DONT have any title that helps with lockpicks, its a 1.5k waste of money!

Every level 20 has a 10% chance to use a lockpick without breaking it....those who spent tons of money for keys and have ranks in their treasure hunter title, can now possibly save money for their hard work. Each rank in treasure hunter = 3% better chance, each rank in lucky = 2% better chance.

Not to mention, as I was clearing the area for Vanquisher, I got a little over 3k in gold and items. So, I made back what I spent.
