Well i would honestly try what it says. if that doesnt work... uninstall GW, reboot comp in safe mode, then re-install GW and try that. If that does not work.... get a new card. :(

go to the website of the make of your graphics card, and there is usually a link to download the latest drivers, dowload them and install them and see if it makes any difference

To be honest I don't think that's a card, it sounds like an integrated graphics chip on your mobo, and if it is, then you will have trouble :(

| QUOTE (Wikpedia) | ntegrated graphics solutions
Integrated graphics solutions, or shared graphics solutions are graphics processors that utilize a portion of a computer's system RAM rather than dedicated graphics memory. Such solutions are typically far less expensive to implement in comparison to dedicated graphics solutions, but at a trade-off of being far less capable and are generally considered unfit to play modern games as well as run graphically intensive programs such as Adobe Flash (examples of such IGPs would be offerings from SiS and VIA circa 2004 [1].) However, todays integrated solutions such as the Intel's GMA 950, AMD's Radeon Xpress 200 and nVidia's nForce IGPs are more than capable of handling 2D graphics from Adobe Flash or low stress 3D graphics. Of course the aforementioned GPU's still struggle with high-end video games. Modern desktop motherboards often include an integrated graphics solution and have expansion slots available to add a dedicated graphics card later. |
Thar ya go :)

an integrated graphics chip is an oboard graphics card that uses the system memory. lets say for the sake of arguement that you have 512mb of memory, your on board array is a 256 meg on board chip. your effective system memory will be 256.
at least thats my understanding of how on boardmemory works.
personally i hate them and will always buy an external card.
to the OP: if you check your system manuals for the mobo, check to see if your mobo has either an AGP socket or a PCI express socket. if it has neither of these then you might be in for a hard time finding an new graphics card as there are very few PCI graphics cards on the market these days.
didnt see the above post properly..:P

you're not going to be able to get past that point easily with your gfx card, its a known bug/restriction. a way round it is to download THIS file which is 3d analyzer. it disables/emulates certain hardware effects that your card cannot handle, and get you past that point.
there's been a few threads exactly like this one here and at guru, and each time people have used this program to sort the problem out.
