OK, everyone get ready to hate on me. I believe that the corruptor secondary power Kinetics holds the key to being CoV true MasterMind. And here's why: Speed Boost, Transfusion:AoE heal, Siphon Power:AoE/Ally, Transferance:Endurance heal AoE/ally, Increase Density:Res, dissorient, hold, immobl, and knockback and Fulcrum Shift. It's exactly what every Brute in the game needs: lots a endurance and hit points, plus enhanced speed and their damadge to cap and to be able to get to thier targets unimpeded. Played correctly and efficiently the team could be unstoppable.
In my humble opinion one Kinetic can keep a team of 3-5 Brutes rollin' like a frieght train. Not to mention the other powers a corr is able to select. Energy primary has good damadge, decent recharge, and knockback for those times when you need to be self sufficient. Also the Cocealment, Leadership, Medicine, Teleportation, and yes i'm gonna say it, even Presence Power Pools all offer some very fun and potentially lethel combonations.
And that's why i think Energy/Kinetics are true MasterMinds. Please, tell me i'm crazy, or lazy, or just dumb.

Well, That is a decent set to roll with...I rolled one of those a bit ago (didn't go too far with it though...lost interest in the concept) and it actually did what I thought it would do. Since i'm primarily a solo artist, I can't speak for the MM aspect of it (I like doing my own PWNG!)
With Kinetics, you can buff your own damage output and enhance your playing ability.
