im win or comming second or third in rollerbeatle racing but am getting no victory tokens how suposed to get birthday cake without them??

i ave 18 of them..... but that was from last festival
havent tried it.... maybe its just a bug

Yep, it was a bug. They fixed it with a small update.

they should be awarded now:
Update - Friday April 27
* Fixed a bug that prevented Birthday Cupcakes from dropping from monsters. To compensate for the delay, these special items will continue to drop until 11:59 p.m. PDT on Monday rather than 11:59 p.m. PDT on Sunday.
* Fixed a bug that prevented Victory Tokens from being awarded in Rollerbeetle Races.
