Thumpers aren't nearly as hot as they used to be, but the usual PvP build is:

Rampage as One
Hammer Bash
Crushing Blow
Bestial Mauling
Irrestistable Blow
Charm Animal
Comfort Animal
Res Sig

IB can be changed for a self heal or Distracting blow or something, if in PvE Bestial Mauling could swap out too.
