Just for some brief background...
We started 2 weeks ago. Were American based and all are on east coast. we usually play from about 8pm to about 2-3am.
Our members thus far have been hand picked and selected by me.
Were shooting for a guild of about 10-15 members, currently were at 6.
We all met in different guilds in our alliance(Luxon), so what we decided was to put together a team of people who prefer to do PvP on a daily basis, with some farming on the side.
Right now all of members have factions but one, so we do AB most often, but are main goal is to hit a solid 8 man team so we can do GvG and HoH.
...Yes our guild is small, but we did just start. Our Alliance is rather large, very active, they PvE and DoA/UW/FOW farm ALOT. So if you decide to come tryout, you wont be subjected to just PvP.
Mic chat is pretty much required if you wanna do serious PvP, unless your some prodigy that we cant say no to

up to 8 people now, bout enough to start getting a consistant team to gvg/hoh/ab. let me know if anyone else is interested, were hoping to start scrims pretty soon.

were up to about 12 people now, almost enough to get a steady team to do some daily farming/pvping.

Good luck recruiting, imho and experience, it is very difficult to recruit high level pvpers here on gameamp, most are in good guilds, or are pve'rs
consider this a free bump :P good luck

ya so far were just farming and progessing our own characters. so i guess were mainly a pve guild right now, but itd be nice to get a couple people who like to pvp too.

If you need to pick up a couple HA players to fill in your groups let me know in game

I am pretty experienced with it and have a good friendslist so I can help you guys get started in HA by grabbing a few of my friends. I wont be able to join your guild though but I dont mind helping you out.

not really.
you'll be expected to be active. very active. since were going for a small team we need everyone to be on as close to daily as possible.
mic chat is really really really encouraged. ive made all my recruiting officers buy a mic and headset because we do have a vent server.
edit: also im paying my officers to recruit for me on in game places like LA, KC, and Kamadan. You may catch someone there. id like more officers too as well.
