Hi, I'm a COHer who decided to try something different. Last week I bought Prophecies but now I'm wondering if I should have just downloaded the latest release. Do the later releases contain the earlier ones? Anyway, I just wanted to say hi, and I'm sure I'll probably have plenty of questions as I go along, as I still don't know what I'm doing, lol.

No, all the campaigns are independent, so buying Nightfall (the latest) does not get you Factions and Prophecies. Personally, you bought the best one to start out with, in my opinion. It's a great game, you'll definitely enjoy it.

Agreed with Brynden.
Propechies is a great campaign...only think i dont like at Propechies is that there isn't a Paragon there !
Paragon's are soo nice...*Only available in Guild Wars: Nightfall*

You bought the first game in chronilogical order. All updates are downloded when you start up the game. The other two games are factions and nightfall. They both add different features to the game. If you need help my in game name is belshazaars wrath. Put me on your firends lsit and you will see if i'm online or not. I can help you out with pretty much any calss as I ahve one of each.

I think that applies to when you register on gameamp in general, and since he came from CoH, he was probably on the gameamp CoH forums for awhile. He's still new to guildwars though.

Well as I see you brought Propchies, you gotta be in Pre-Searing. Ill give you a hint, give Gwen (the little girl) a new flute, and as many red iris flowers you can find. She heals you +20 health when you lose health (she heals me when Im around 75%). Ill leave the other hints to propchies lovers

I agree with brynden that Prophecies was the best one to buy because the learning curve is the better on.
