Wings

was just wondering are the Tech and Bones wings part if the Vet reward now or how di I get them.

nope, they are random drops, you can always buy them from the BM though

-Any wings except for Demon and Angel wings can only be gotten from Recipes which you retrieve for defeating Foes.-

What's the best place to get the recipes for wings, I heard that monster island is a good place to go, cuz the giant monsters give better chances for rare recipe drops.

That's what I hear as well. I just don't know if I can deal with the amount of lag that may be in Monster Island...lol.

With the increased lag, I find it hard to get around much...but i'll try to venture in there sooner or later.

A level 47 doing a kill hero mission with my team that was mostly 50's got bone wings as a drop from a minion or lt. The baddies were all purp for him. I'm sure that helps get the good stuff.

Thx for the info. Currently I can get into monster isle, but it doesn't do me much good unless I'm with a team. Guess I'll head to grandville and just keep asking for a team like usual.
