so where are the History Plaque. Ive been running all over Cap and dont know what Im looking for. I the the statues in Nevra where but I guess those are Hero HP's. So what do the Villian HP's look like.

The villain ones can be rather discrete and hidden like. They're often attached to the walls of buildings and are easily over looked. Just go to the listed coordinates then kinda run around a bit looking closely at everything 'til you find it.

On the badge-whore.com forums you can find map packs with the locations, is easy to download and all you need is your map up, and the exploration and plagues will be shown, the plagues varie in shape on the map, but the exploration badges are lil green badge markers with a number. Im not sure if they updated it for the recent release of i9, but i know they are updated all the way up to i8.
