Hello guys iv been playing coh/cov for some time as a dark/dark corr got him to lv20. Now i'm planning to make a solo ill/rad troller. Had this in mind since i got the game but im stuck when it comes to picking up powers. Whit my corr i had no problem and he is great to solo and tema but the troller is a different story i came up whit some builds and would by grateful if you could give me your opinion on them.
Build one
1)spectrea wounds
1)radiation aura
2)blind
4)rad infection
6)accelerate metabolism
8)flash
10)hasten
12)enervating field
14)super speed
16)hurdle
18)phantom army
20)health
22)stamina
24)spectral terror
26)lingering radiation
28)group invisibility
30)assault
32)phantasm
35)tactic
38)em pulse
41)epic?
44)epic?
47)epic?
49)?
Build two
1)spectrea wounds
1)radiation aura
2)blind
4)rad infection
6)accelerate metabolism
8)hasten
10)hover
12)enervating field
14)fly
16)hurdle
18)phantom army
20)health
22)stamina
24)flash
26)spectral terror
28)group invisibility
30)lingering radiation
32)phantasm
35)assault
38)em pulse
41)tactic
44)epic?
47)epic?
49)epic?
The problem is:
flash lv 8,10 or 24,26,28,30?
hasten 8,10 or 22?
group invisibility 12 or 26,28,30?
enervating field 12 or 26,28,30?
I don't know at what lv to pick them up best and i want them in my temp. And what travel power to choose i would like flight but with speed i can get hasten to open super speed and save some room for other things.

Hummm,
Having done both Ill/Rad and Ill/Empath, I have to say that the latter is a superior Soloist. Having said that, I would diverge as follows.
Don't use Flash, it is a group spell, not a soloist. Same for Rad Infection. As a soloist, you want people attacking you one or two at a time. You throw one of the Rad powers on a group, and they aggro in a second.
Get Hasten as soon as possible. Doubling your Blind/Spectral Wounds, alway in that order, will increase your kill speed. Get Sands of Mu if you are a Vet of that level.
Get Superior Invise as soon as possible, Group Invise is for groups and is not as good as Superior.
Once you get you PA six slotted, you can start thinking about using Rad Debuff powers. Once they can hold an Aggro, debuff all you want.
Other than that, it is up to you.

I ran a Troller set solo most of the way from 35-50 excluding AV missions and I found a lot of use for the AoE hold. The Illusion set is more pet driven than control given compared to the rest of the sets, so I would advise getting it.
I agree with the comments on group invis vs Superior Invis. The group invis isn't even all that popular in teaming builds. Some like it, but enough don't to make it an easy power to drop for other, more useful stuff.
Considering that you are trying to solo, and you did pick a good build for it, try to work Hasten in during the very early levels.

Invest heavily in the confuse powers trust me it will save your life and make managing larger groups easier.

I absolutely have to agree. I know Deceive isn't viewed as a popular choice because it denies you the ability to gain full XP, but if you plan on soloing a majority of the time it will help you greatly in crowd control. Also, there is nothing like Deceiving that tough Lieutenant or Boss at the end of a mission and just haveing him stand there as you pick him apart. I would rather lose a little XP up front than have to pay off large amounts of debt. Also, powers you will want to consider are:
Superior Invisibility - really makes running through the Hollows in your early levels a lot less of a headache.
Blind - every Controller needs their holds to help maximize their damage. I personally would suggest you pick this up at level 2.
Accelerate Metabolism - this power helps to increase your damage output. You don't do much damage as it is, so every little bit helps.
Enervating Field - lowers the damage resistance of your target so that it will take more damage.
Right now, at level 11, if I have to face a tough opponent I will usually blind them first to hold them. Then I use Enervating Field to lower their resistance, then I pop Accelerate Metabolism to up my damage. Lastly, I throw Spectral Wounds on them for 50-60 points of damage!
Again, choose whatever suits your play style, but I have found the above listed powers to help me out greatly.
