can anyone name the damage order? like minor moderate stuff like that, and also the recharge rate order too
My guess:
Minor-Moderate-High-extreme-superior-
Very fast-fast-slow-long-very long-

What are you asking about specifically? All of those levels are listed for several powers in the Blaster and Scrapper sets. And the others also have those ratings on their power sets.
Are you asking by AT?

I believe he's just curious about which "rating" is the weakest, through the strongest (ie. Minor is the weakest, then Moderate, then High, then Extreme, then Superior). At least that's what I think he means.
Same with recharge speeds (fastest to slowest).
Correct me if I'm wrong.......

I don't think he ment that Path,I mean it's common sense to tell which is stronger or better. My guess would be which two are together.
Well in game your strongest attacks have slower recharge.Like Nova,or Pet summoning.
Your weakest damage attacks like Ice bolt and Scorch would have faster recharge.
The combo ares:
Minor-Very Fast
Moderate-Fast
High-Slow
Extreme-Long
Superior-Very long
That's my guess please "Correct me if i'm wrong"!

Ok, Extreme is higher than Superior. So it would go.

I think you all correctly assumed that is what he meant, but Houston put them together as they are most likely to show up. But I think there is are moderate dmg attacks taht have a moderate rechg as well.
