Is subdue or scramble thoughts anygood for PvP? If so how should they be slotted?

I've only taken one toon with this set into PvP, but I can tell you her attacks were nothing spectacular. The recharge debuff is so small, I couldn't even tell the difference. The other secondary effects are pretty minor, too. Subdue is especially worthless, as the immobilize effect isn't very long lived and immobilizing most foes isn't much use in PvP. Scramble Thoughts is only slightly better, as disorients are useful against all foes, but this one is short lived and you aren't likely to have any other disorients to follow up with, unless you're Dark/Psi.
I'd say if you have a Psi you're intent on taking into PvP, slot all your Psi powers for damage and look to your primary set for your winning combo. Psichic Blast does do pretty decent damage compared to other Defender sets.

Thank you lord x.Actully he's a rad/psi that ive had since i started playing.Kinda put him on the backburner for other things, but he should hit 50 today.I keep hearing that their great for PvP duels ,and i was wondering if those powers were worth putting in a PvP build.Right now he's kinda set up for AV debuffing/support,but plan on respecing him.BTW does anyone have a build with IOs outthere? Warron?
thanks again LX
